1) Acceptance of Terms

Empire Team is an independently owned and operated real-estate team affiliated with Keller Williams. All real-estate services are provided by licensed agents under the brokerage of Keller Williams in the applicable state(s). Equal Housing Opportunity.

3) Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older who are legally able to enter into contracts.

4) No Brokerage or Agency Created by Use of Site

Your use of the Services and submission of information does not create a client–agent relationship. A representation agreement, if any, will be executed separately as required by applicable law.

5) Informational Nature; No Guarantees

Listings and examples shown through our Services are for illustration and may be subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, financing approval, or outcomes.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or our systems; (b) use bots/scrapers without written permission; (c) submit false, misleading, or third‑party personal information without consent; (d) infringe the rights of others or violate any law, including fair housing laws.

7) Communications; TCPA Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls (including by automated dialer), texts, and emails from Empire Team about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to buy or sell a home. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP and of emails by clicking unsubscribe; you may still receive non‑marketing or transactional messages (e.g., appointment updates).

8) Call Recording & Quality Assurance

With notice where required, we may record or monitor calls for training and quality. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell the agent at the start of the call or contact us using the details above.

9) Third‑Party Services

We use third‑party providers to operate the Services, which may include: website/quiz platforms (e.g., Heyflow), CRM/marketing systems (e.g., HighLevel), telephony and verification (e.g., Twilio), analytics and advertising (e.g., Google/Meta). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the Services are the property of their respective owners. Keller Williams® and the KW logo are registered trademarks. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empire Team, its agents, brokerage, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Empire Team primarily operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], unless otherwise required by law. You waive class actions to the fullest extent permitted.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting with the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
